Dallas' Only Spain-Recognized Paella Master And Keeper Of Authentic Valencian Culinary Tradition

Chef Adán Ventura is Dallas' only Spain-recognized paella master, earning the prestigious Best International Paella award in 2022, a distinction no other Texas chef holds.

After spending eight years training in Valencia, Spain, he brought authentic Valencian techniques to a city starved for real Spanish cuisine, founding Tasty Paella Experience to bridge Dallas with the cultural heart of Spain.

For Adán, paella isn't just rice and seafood, it's community around fire, patience rewarded with flavor, and the pride of creating something with your own hands.

Having guided over 1,600 guests through this tasteful experience, he's proven that the best way to experience Spain isn't through a plane ticket, it's through the ritual of cooking the dish that won international recognition, right here in Dallas.
