These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tasty Paella’s website, booking systems, and in-person culinary experiences, workshops, and events (collectively, the “Services”). By booking or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Prices, availability, and experience details are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled experience may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
Participation
Participation is voluntary. Guests must follow all safety instructions and maintain respectful behavior. Tasty Paella reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in a culinary experience, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with food preparation, use of kitchen equipment, and consumption of food.
Intellectual Property
All content, recipes, images, branding, and materials are the property of Tasty Paella and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Paella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
